Get involved with what we do in our prayer, worship, and discipleship in Bowdon Parish. We also have extra groups especially for young people and children.
Church Choir
Tuesdays & Fridays @ St Mary’s Church. Our fine Choir, which has some 40 members of both children & adults, enhances the congregational singing and offers music in a range of styles from medieval to modern as an integral part of worship.
Prayer Room
Fourth Sundays 6:30pm @ Bowdon Parish Centre. Anyone is welcome to join us for an hour of led prayers and prayerful activities in a warm and more intimate space. We pray for ourselves, our church, our community and the world in an informal and engaging way. Come and pray or just come and listen, be encouraged & inspired, as we create room each month for us to pray together.
Silent Prayer & Meditation
Tuesdays 4:30pm @ Bowdon Parish Centre. The Silent Prayer & Meditation group meet each week for 45 minutes of peace and silence. During the summer months, we meet inside St Mary’s Church.
Small Groups
We strengthen our fellowship and discipleship through meeting in smaller groups throughout the week. These groups give us a chance to pray more deeply with each other and support one another in our everyday lives.
