Primary School Age activities

Zone2 Kids’ Church

In Zone2 Kids’ Church, we aim to inspire and develop the children’s spirituality through fun-filled, spirit inspired activities, music, prayer and more. We use a combination of ‘The Bible App for Kids’ and ‘Urban Saints Energizer’ materials to help us journey through the bible, from the Old Testament to the New Testament, learning about: the life of Jesus, the Christian faith, key themes and how we can apply these to our young children’s lives. Come along and experience the goodness of our God!

We welcome all children. The groupings are:

Creche – Babies up to Pre-school age
Wrigglers- Pre-school and Reception children
Climbers- school years Year 1- 3
We meet on Sundays in term time as part of Zone2 at 10am in Bowdon Parish Centre. Children in Year 4 and above stay in the main service. We spend about 30 minutes together before moving into our different age groups. New children and families are always welcome!
If you are interested in becoming a Kids’ Church Volunteer, either leading a session or supporting our leaders, then please get in touch for more details! We would love to hear from you!

Choir Trebles

Join our Church Choir as a treble and learn how to sing in a range of styles from medieval to modern as part of a wonderful community! The Choir is affiliated to the Royal School of Church Music and trebles are encouraged to work for awards promoted through that body, which reflect a choristerʼs progress both musically and spiritually.

Rehearsal times are Tuesday 6:30pm–7:30pm and Friday 6:30 – 8pm.

Bowdon Church School
