Sunday mornings
Services are at 10am
Sunday mornings at St Luke’s are a mixture of Holy Communion services following Common Worship, and Morning Worship. All these services are open to all ages.
What to expect
- There will be someone to greet you as you arrive. They will either hand you a printed service booklet or the words will be on the screen
- During the service, we sing both traditional hymns and modern worship songs – the words are on the screen
- We sit in chairs and catch up before the service begins
- There is a children’s activity table set out. There is a toilet with a baby-changing table at the back of the church
- We have refreshments after the service
- School stamps are available at the end of the services

10am – Morning Worship (CW)
Fourth Sunday of the Month
10am – Holy Communion (CW)
Fifth Sunday of the Month
10am – Joint Service with St Mary’s & Zone 2 @ St Mary’s Church
Joint Services
On the fifth Sunday of each month, and for particular Holy Days and festivals, Bowdon Parish joins together in one joint service held at St Mary’s Church. On these days, no morning service takes place at St Luke’s or Zone 2.
These services are open to all ages. We sing a mixture of traditional hymns, modern worship songs, and discover new and exciting ways to praise God.
