Pastoral

The Church tries to give a warm welcome to anyone new to the area or visiting St Mary’s or St Luke’s and to keep in contact with people living here.

We have a trained Pastoral Worker, Christine McMurray, and a team of experienced visitors—see the Visiting Group.

We do our best to respond to enquiries or to particular needs we learn about and can bring Holy Communion to anyone who finds attending Church especially difficult.

We deliver the Bowdon Church News to all the parish monthly and all homes are prayed for regularly at Church services.
