The Electoral Roll is a record of the regular worshipping members of St Mary’s and St Luke’s and is an important way of expressing one’s belonging to the Church family.
It also enables members to stand for election as an officer of the Church, and to vote on issues concerning the Church.
The Roll is brought up to date before the Annual General Meeting each year and is completely revised every six years. The number of members on the Roll determines how many representatives we are allowed to send to Deanery Synod, where our views can be expressed.
The Electoral Roll Register and application forms are available at St Mary’s and St Luke’s.
Contact: the Electoral Roll Officer, Jo Oughton, via the Parish Office on 0161 929 1537.
