The third Bowdon Business Fair was held on the 2nd May 2012 and was by any measure a resounding success and congratulations go to all involved in the organisation and efficient running of the evening.

A directory of the participating businesses and community groups is available by clicking on the link below, which we hope will serve as a useful and durable reminder of the variety of goods, services and activities that we have on our doorstep. There was a wide range of exhibitors, with tempting special offers and prizes, and we know that visitors found plenty to enjoy.

Many hundreds of local people visited the stands of some 60 businesses based in the community, ranging from antiques to website design and from fashion and furnishings to photographers.

As one exhibitor commented after the event, ‘It was eye-opening for me as a local businessman to see the diversity of other small businesses in the area.’
